From 5 star to 1 star service 3/1/2015

I started renting from this location in August 2011. From 2011 to this date I might have rented at least for 300 days from this location. They use to provide absolutely awesome service and people working there were great. \r \r From last few months this place have gone down from 5 star service to one star service. With new staff in place they absolutely have no regard for frequent renters. On top they wouldn't even apologize for a mistake from their end. I should say they have a terrible terrible service now a days and I don't plan to visit this location anytime in near future. more
