Worst Company Ever 8/25/2011

If I could give this location zero stars I would. The two employees at this location are the rudest, most inept individuals I've ever met in my life. I was in a horrible car accident earlier today and I wanted to upgrade the crappy Kia matchbox car another Enterprise had rented me right after the accident and these two employees REFUSED to give me an upgraded car, and it got WORSE! Once I got upset they required me to turn in the Kia I was already renting, leaving me completely stranded and car-less! Never rent from Enterprise even if you life depends on it! more
