Bring Your Camera. IF you really have to use enterprise, videotape every inch of the vehicle, including under-body, or you will be up for a nasty surprise in the form of damage claim you never done. Google swarmed with recent reports about false damage claims by enterprise.\r P.S. Get ready to be yelled and abused on the phone by employees and management if stuff hits the fan. more

the worst customer service ever existed, apart charges very expensive and even without the car Rent your car in HERTZ is better, better service speaks different languages and treat you well.. more
