Took too long to process paperwork (twice a long as promised even though I had done everything in advance to expedite matters-prepay and pre-register. No discount was given though promised for AAA. I am reporting them to AAA for this breach. I even called them afterwards and they did not correct my bill. Their personnel are courteous and cordial. more
