My car was in an accident and so I called Enterprise to secure a car. The insurance company of the "at fault" party had not yet claimed responsibility, so I got the rental on my insurance. I asked the guy who was at the desk multiple times/ multiple ways to ensure that the insurance other insurance company would pick up the entire bill. To go even further, when he asked me which car I wanted, even made sure to ask if it would matter to the other insurance company as far as them not wanting to pay the whole thing. Now that I have returned the car, I get a call from Enterprise saying I owe them $400+ for something that I apparently signed for that was contrary to what the guy at the desk confirmed with me. Why would I assume that what I sign for would not transfer over to the "at fault" party's" insurance? Their service was very good on the surface, but this is very unfair for him to tell me everything would transfer to the other insurance company, when he knew it wouldn't.
