Poor BWI Rental Car Bus Service 5/5/2015

I would rate Enterprise Rent-a-car at the BWI airport very high. However, the rental car bus serivice (used by all car agencies), provided by the bwi airport, that transports you from the bwi terminal to the offsite car rental location is extremely poor! \r \r We waited at the first bus stop just out side SWA for over 20 minutes for the rental car bus. When the bus finally showed up it was completely filled with renters and had to by pass the next three bus stops all with waiting renters. This wasn't just a fluke occurence because the same thing happened the week prior at the bus stop outside AMR. When we finally arrived at the rental car location, there were three buses lined up not transporting anyone.\r \r I asked the Enterprise agent to have her boss complain to the airport. Hopefully he followed thru!\r \r If you need to rent a car in BWI, plan on spending at least an hour to catch the rental bus and get your car. It's just an awful situtation! more
