They were very helpful. They only had a minivan and I didn't want one, but as soon as they got in another vehicle, they called me and upgraded me for free.

i always rent from enterprise for spring break at another location,this year as usual,i made my reservations in january for a suv to be picked up in april,but the location that i usually rent from dropped the ball,and when i got there they had no vehicles available,but they found me something at the location in douglasville on douglas blvd ,i think ,but the manager there came through for me she was great and she got me on my way. more
