RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, Ect. !!! 2/4/2011

Over the past year I have personally spent over $7500 with this company !!! You would think that their employees being kind , courteous , and considerate would be par for the course , no matter how much you spend , especially someone who spends a lot ... Right ??? Absolutely Not !!! These people act like they were raised by a bunch of animals !!! They LOST MY CONTRACT ... Tried to OVERCHARGE ME , and blamed me for their Mistakes !!! I do not work for Enterprise . I am the Customer , and in over 20 years of My being a CEO with over 1000 employees I have Never witnessed a company with employees who were as Discourteous & Unprofessional as those of Enterprise Rent-A-Car!!! I am now a Hertz Gold Car Member , and I suggest anyone having need of a rental car to STAY AWAY FROM ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR !!! more
