I made a reservation on a Thursday and requested a luxury car "Cadillac" they assured me it would be there at 10:00am Monday, I arrived at their location at 10:30am the car was not there but was in route, then I was informed it was NOT the vehicle I previously requested but an SUV is what they had for me. I excepted the SUV that day because I'm a businessman and I have a very busy schedule and needed to get on the road.
I called them the next day "Tuesday" and requested the vehicle that I originally ask for and was told I would get,and I have called or emailed everyday since... it's now "Friday" and I still have not received what I was originally told I would have.
If you don't have the vehicle that the customer wants then you shouldn't take the reservation just to make the $$$.
