Enterprise-No car, No care (That should be their slogan) 7/28/2010

I reserved a rental car by phone with Enterprise. I explained on the phone my baby is being flown on an Angel Flight to be admitted into Cincinnati Children's Hospital. My son had a bone marrow transplant and can not be in public so the car will need to arrive to the plan like it had in the past. She booked my car and emailed me the confirmation. Cons: Do not keep reservations, no car, poor customer care more
