they don't honor their reservations 6/25/2007

I I made an online reservation, then called a couple of times about arranging to be picked up, so I know they had my information. But when they were supposed to pick me up, they told me they had no cars. Over a dozen people were in the same situation. I'll never use Enterprise again. Pros: none Cons: reservations not honored more
