Enterprise is one of the leading rent a car agency in the United States. This particular office has a wonderful staff to help you. They will often upgrade you if you are a frequent customer. And yes ... they will pick you up. more

Very good 10/6/2006

Enterprise rent a car is one rental company that our family use often. THey do have the best price for the type of vehicle that you get. The quality of service does vary depending on which office you rent from but overall it's good. Ask about their weekend special on economy cars. more

Great company to rent from 9/28/2006

I had to rent a car from the location in ssf beacuse a car accident. I was greeted by the manager and she was very polite. The truck we were first in was to big for me, so she allowed us to trade it in for another truck. I have rented from them since and we have had great service each time. PROS: They pick you up CONS: not a big lot. more

Great Service 8/27/2006

I really like this Enterprise a lot. First, they have really nice set of people working in this office and they do their best to make sure your needs are completely met. Second, they offer free pick-up and drop-off service which is so convenient and nice if you're in a 1-car family like me. If you have to wait for your car, they will often offer you whatever car is available, even if it's an upgrade to what you requested, at no extra cost. Third, you don't have to pay that ridiculous 'airport' fee that you do at SFO.\r \r I haven't had any problems and when I have, they've corrected the problem to my complete satisfaction. I have used them for both my professional and personal needs and will continue to do so. more
