We made our reservation online several days in advance and ended up with a double reservation because of a computer glitch. When we got to Enterprise to pick up the car they fixed it for us. Which was good but, then they didn't have either of the 2 cars we reserved. What if we had really wanted 2 cars? They instead gave us what they called an ""upgrade"" which we had to wait 45 minutes on. \r
\r
The upgrade was a bigger car with a smaller engine and had only the basics. We mentioned a couple of times that our destination was several states away and we needed to get on the road. They obviously didn't listen because when we got back we found that the car had limited miles when we reserved unlimited miles. \r
\r
A few times when we were on the road we stopped for gas or to eat and when we got back in the car the engine would not turn over. I thought it might be because the gas cap was not tight enough after the first time but, when it kept happening (even when we didn't get gas) I decided it was something else and we just prayed to make it home. \r

When we turned the car in, we reported the trouble but, the guy acted like he didn't understand why I was telling him anything. He just wanted us to pay about $400 more than we expected for the miles we drove over the limit. He asked another employee (who may have been a supervisor) to help him but, the person said we'd just have to pay. We showed them that our reservation had unlimited miles from an email on my phone. The other guy didn't care. The one helping us return the car went to his Manager who said to just fix it. \r

I don't think we will go back to this location to rent a car. We have used other Enterprise Offices in the area and had great service. Just not the Bryan location.
