Joe gave us exceptional customer service. We had to hire a car after an auto collision and he made the process so easy and was a delight to deal with. This really helped make up for some of the stress we were going through at the time. Our insurance only covered us for a compact car but he even upgraded us to an intermediate and has been on hand since then whenever we needed to follow up with anything. more

Great Service 6/19/2005

The people at this office are so friendly, especially Joe! My fiance and I rented a basic car for two days which turned into three days, no problem. They also picked us up and took us home, no problem. The price is average I suppose, but we felt great about doing business with such friendly and accommodating people. Pros: great service, pick up & drop off, nice car more
