not on the up and up 6/26/2005

we went to rent a car after an accident, we have full coverage insurance on our car so we were covered, this place charged us 200.00 for extra insurance that we didn't need and when we brought it to their attention, they said we agreed to it... PROS: nice cars for rent... CONS: watch then for this problem... more
