They never have enough staff at this pick up location which is why I'm happy to be a platinum member with them. I go pick up any car I want and drive away. Maps and directions at the extra booth were excellent. Car worked great. more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car is confusing. 9/4/2009

I have rented from Enterprise almost exclusisvely for years. I have small dogs and they always, always, travel with me. I have no one to keep them and would never leave them in a kennel. I have NEVER even thought about whether or not my pets would be an issue. I am careful with any car - mine and rentals. Today, I rented another car from Enterprise to make a family trip. Every thing went as smoothly as usual, but as I started to pull away, the E-man, commented through the window, "O course, there is no smoking and no pets - but I know that's not a problem with you". NOt a problem with me? How do you know that? I didn't sign or see anything like that, and if I had known I would not have rented the car. I also have 4 children and my chldren are the ones who might throw up or stick chewing gun under the seat - can I take them with me? \r When my husband heard the comment, he said, "Well we're making this trip and our dogs are going as they always do!" Pet Policy 10/31/2008

Talk about breaking the law... There is no mention of no pets to be in the car but if they find one hair you learn after the fact that they charge you for cleaning their car. Of course it is after the car wash is closed. I've looked everywhere and there is nothing in writing about no animals, not to mention the fact that they knew I had animals with me. After trying to get me to keep the car longer, and I wouldn't, they slapped me with a cleaning fee. more

Pet Owners Beware! 8/5/2007

I have rented from Enterprise for years now. I just returned a car to the Courtland Street location and was slapped with a $75 detail fee because I took my dog along. Nowhere on the website nor any of their rental agreement documentation does it state "no pets". The rental clerk notified me of the "no smoking" policy....but never even mentioned the pet policy. The national customer service center didn't seem to think my complaint about this warranted a change on their website, so I'll have to get my $$ back by word-of-mouth warning. more

Cheapest Rental car prices ever! 7/15/2005

The company that I worked for in the Peachtree Center rented cars from this Enterprise all the time. They have the best , cheapest rates around, and the cars are pretty nice for the price. The staff at this enterprise location is really friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you get good service. You can't take advantage of one of Enterprise's weekend specials at this location since it's downtown, they still have great weekend rates at about $16 p/day. But make sure you have a reservation beforehand because its a small location and they usually only have enough cars to fulfill their pre-existing reservations. more

Free Rentals 6/22/2005

I love enterprise since they are everywhere. We travel a lot so they make it easy to return the car to a different place then you rented it. They offer great Free weekend rentals when you rent so many times. All Enterprises are great and very reasonably priced. Staff is always great and they will even come and pick you up if you need them to. more

Excellent service, good prices 6/12/2005

I always rent from Enterprise. They typically have the best prices and their cars are always of good quality. This location is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, right behind the Peachtree Center. I rented a car from this location at the last minute on a Friday and got a great rate...Only $16.99 p/day for a compact car. It was a cool Hyundai, and was very clean on the inside and out, no scratches, and smelled like a brand new car. They have Sunday hours, which is almost unheard of for rental car companies not located near an airport. Also, for those who are unaware, Georgia does not have extra rental fees for drivers under 25!!!! PROS: Great rates, nice cars CONS: more
