We rented from them to pick up some relatives in that had flown into the Atlanta Airport. We had choosen a SUV, the largest they supposedly had available, but endend up having to wait to be able to pick it up. Was this the dealership's fault or the fault of the person that had rented it before us. They were very apologetic and tried to calm our fears of not making it to Atlanta in time. Overall it was not a bad experience, just frustrating, because regardless of who was at fault, it made us the consumers upset. If you are unable to get to Montgomery to rent a car, definately patronize them, otherwise drive the 30 so miles to get a better selection,
