This is the ONLY place I like to rent a car from and for a good reason, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've rented passenger vehicles and trucks from the Panorama City location for a few years and every time the rental staff has gone out of their way to make the experience a very posetive one, Thor, Alphonse and Lara have taken the time to ask if I needed a ride back or needed to be picked up, that makes a difference in my eyes and on a number of occasions they've upgraded my rental when a customer hadn't returned the vehicle that I was to have rented hadn't been returned in time. There are 600 cars available from their location that is one of the other reasons I go there, if you need to rent a car this is the place. more
