Courteous, friendly, timely. I never saw a rental car company let me choose the car I wanted on the lot (based on the size I'd reserved) Drop off was a breeze and the shuttle driver was very helpful. I used Hertz last time and waited 1.5 hours after I had gotten off my plane. This time about 20 minutes from shuttle drop off to me driving away. more

Too Slow, understaffed 6/16/2015

Entirely too slow. After waiting 15 minutes to check in, I waited another 20 to get a car. Saw 3 people helping customers. Didn't pull out of lot until a full 1.5 hours after getting off of the plane. Other rental companies are more expensive but the rental experience is 5 to 10 mins max. Only use Enterprise because my company directs me to do so more

Great experience with renting my car. The attendant helped me set up my bluetooth on the car so I could use the phone safely. He also encouraged me to get familiar with the car for a moment before driving off. Sometimes I feel rushed to move on out of a rental lot without even adjusting mirrors. This time was the best yet. I even got a nice upgrade. more

Received a yellow Kia square crossover (The yellow Submarine) on a recent trip to Raleigh. The car was new and clean, and served our purpose going to Ft. Bragg to welcome the 101st airborne back from Afghanistan. What I liked most was the speed afforded me in checking in and out of the Enterprise facility. No waiting in lines and no high pressuring to purchase all the extras. more
