My sister and I walked in and the person at the front desk did not even acknowledged that we had entered. He never even made eye contact or welcome us to enterprice. He also did not inform anyone else that we were there. I figured ok, hes helping someone else so I will wait until they are done. Then a women from the back came out and was very surprised to see us. Again no welcome, or how can I help you, nothing of the sort. She was ranting on on how she needed to take a car to the car wash. Then I took the initiatve and told her that I was there to rent a family vehicle.I told her that I saw a really good price on line and was interested in learning more. She said that the van rentals where over 170 dollars and that I needed a major credit card. Well I thought it must be the casual attire I had on that might of given her the impression that I didn't have a major credit card. She told me that the the van outside was a fifteen passenger van, to which my response was that the one that I saw on line was only a twelve. She said yes they always say that online but we dont have them. I was already really irritated by her mediocre customer service and that fact that she was chewing gum with her mouth open the entire time she was trying to get me out the door. She never bothered to try and find what I needed, she was standing over me swinging the keys in the air from the vehicle she was taking to the car wash. At that moment, having felt ignored and insulted I said thank you and left.
