HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! INCOMPETENT STAFF!! They showed up an hour late, causing my husband and I to miss 2 appointments including a job interview. When I told them they the out come of their mistake the counter ""girl"" was flippant and unpleasant. We will NEVER do service with them again. Hope they get fired and the company goes out of business!!! more

Thieves 10/8/2011

I turned in a car 1 hour before they closed on a Fri. I was there before they opened on Sat. at 9am. I had left a $100 bottle of Australian Gold Tanning lotion in the van that was a gift for my girl friend. Of course at first they barely had a record of me renting a car at all, then told me it was already rented. I ask how, you just opened, the smart ass said "yea were good". I asked don't they clean out the cars before they send them out and he said sure we do. But he wouldn't even check to see if someone found it. Then later he said that it might not have been cleaned out if it looked clean already. So I wont ever use these liars again. AND REMEMBER IF YOU LEAVE SOMETHING IN A RENTAL CAR AT ENTERPRISE YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK!!!!!!! I guess I should be happy it wasn't a phone or computer or something worth more. more
