Ridiculous 9/2/2005

They raised their minimum to 300.00. Who the heck wants to spend 300.00 to rent a car for a day? They place the 300.00 hold on your card (they don't allow cash, with an imprint of your card) and when you turn the car in, they take over a month to credit the remainder back to your card. I'm going to Alamo or Budget next time. I do have to use them when I get into an accident, and they're always been very helpful. more
