I have used Enterprise rental cars for most of my trips. I selected this rental company for my trip to Charleston because of the low price for an intermediate car, a Toyota Corolla that provided great gas mileage. Getting the car was an easy experience, but I wish someone had informed me I could have rented a GPS unit. I forgot to bring mine, and this would have been helpful for the trip. The set up at the Charleston airport required me to walk quite a ways to see an employee outside to complete the arrangements. more

I recently rented a car through Enterprise at the Charleston Airport. It was a rainy, ugly day outside, but everyone with Enterprise was wonderful. The counter agents and ground staff were all extremely helpful and cheerful despite the conditions. Returning my car was an excellent experience as well. Thank you Enterprise! more

I rented a car from Enterprise at the airport in Charleston. The guy behind the counter was more than helpful and very professional. He hooked me up with a brand new Charger. When I went outside to pick the car up, that person was also very helpful, It was an excellent experience and I would rate them all a 5 out of 5. more

This experience was wonderful. We showed up to the airport with a reservation with another rental company and they (the other company) were extremely rude and raised their voice to us. So we cancelled with them and went to the next counter, Enterprise. There prices were cheaper and the customer service was excellent! We were able to select our car in the parking lot from a choice of about 10. Returning the car was simple and took only 20 seconds! I will use Enterprise from now on...highly recommended! more
