Three issues with the Management Company:
1: I noticed that my rent check hadn't cleared when it normally should, when I called to ask if the check had been received via USPS they advised it hadn't, they were kind enough to ""LET"" me bring it over when ""I"" could. Mind you we, my fiancee and I, both work full time, ridiculous hours. We were guaranteed no late fee. We are always on time with rent. So, I'm finally able to get to their offices to pay rent only to get home to find a notice to pay in three days or move, ""5 business days later."" Mind you rent was already dropped off. They do not hold their other staff accountable for misinformation given. They also charged us a late fee.
2: They do not get the maintenance done in a timely fashion. Called almost a month ago to have two items fixed at our apt. only to have the manager tell me, ""oh, he, the maintenance, man said he went over there."" Guess what he DIDN""T we are still waiting. Things constantly break down in this complex, from plumbing to ordinary things like toilet seats. Almost every other month our water has had to be shut off at the most inconvenient hours of the day to fix some leak or flood in the building.
3: Building manager is combative, always cuts you off when you're mid sentence and doesn't not listen to the details. Horrible customer service skills. Provides no recourse. Rated a Big FAT Zero.
