November 2009, our windows were installed and first impressions were very favorable. As winter set in and the temperatures began to drop to near freezing, we quickly realized there was something very wrong. Our windows, all of them, had large amounts of cold air blowing in, around all sides of the windows. Enterprise responded by applied silicone calking around the inside of the window. We protested to the install manager and the owner of the company, other points of failure must still exist but I was assured by Enterprise Home Improvements that our windows were installed properly and that I would have no further problems.\r

June 2010, we discovered all the windows in our house had visible water damage ranging from bubbled or raised paint, cracked drywall, cracked wood trim, crumbling drywall and mold.
