The guys were all very plite and they did not get a speck of dirt on my floors or carpets - they were just great. They even cleaned up the garage where they installed the furnace. They kept me informed about what they were doing, but basically, they were all just super courteous. Oh yes, and there was a nice young man named Jim who showed me all of the features on my new thermostat. Chris Mckinney followed through at the end of the first day to see how everything was going. I appreciated that. Now I wonder why we suffered for so many years without getting one installed. Wow, the inside of our house is so pleasant and comfortable. We just love it and we know it will add greatly to the selling points when we list our home for sale. more
