I've now seen Dr. Young 3 times. The last 2 visits were very abrupt, lasting less than 5 minutes each (one of them was a post surgery follow up, the second was today when I had the same complaints the surgeries were supposed to fix!) He only wanted to give me prescriptions or pawn me off to other specialists. His nursing staff is always very nice, but I would rather drive to Chapel Hill than waste time on him again. more

Worst experience I have had with all healthcare providers! 6/28/2010

1. They did two basic hearing tests. But I need more help than they gave me. They showed me no results gave me no reason to believe I was fine. They told I was fine but without an explanation and results this means nothing. 2. I had questions for the doctor. I saw the doctor first not knowing if I truly has a problem. then they scutted me out with no way to ask him questions. 3. People seemed so busy to doing their job they really didn't want to talk to me. I got the impression they were making an assumptions. This doctor is not the place to go to. Pros: they were fast. Cons: they were so fast I felt ignored!!! more
