I took my mower to Enola Mower Service to have 2 springs put on. I already purchased them. After a week, I stopped by to see if he was nearly finished. He hadn't started and told me it would be later in the week. I waited until 4:30 PM on Friday (how much later in the week can you get, right?) and he said he would try to get to it the next day. I asked him to phone me because by now, my grass is 8 inches high and otherwise, I would need to make other arrangements to get my yard cut (I also do my elderly neighbors.) I waited until 2:30 PM on Saturday and finally drove back over. He was sitting on his picnic table talking to a friend. All he had done was turned my mower sideways and had oil all over it. Then he told me he sharpened the blade. I told him it was just sharpened and didn't require it. Then he told me he sharpened it ""by accident????"" I loaded it back up in my car, took my springs and went home. He told me he wouldn't charge me for the sharpening. Good thing!! I got home and turned it over, it was NOT sharpened. It was an old rusty blade. Draw your own conclusions there. Don't waste your time. I lost 13 days and $40.00 because I had to have someone come cut my lawn. While still having to take it to another shop. This guy is a joke. There is one star there only because this site required it to publish this. Don't get taken like I did.
Cons: 15 days wasted waiting for repair
