I had my wedding here in March of 2007..Laura and her staff did a great job. The Gardens were sooo pretty and the event well organized. The staff did a perfect job, they were very on top of things. My family still talks about what a wonderful place it was to get married!!! I did have a few issues (nothing major). They only provided one bartender, bar gets very backed up once it opens. Your guest also have to park in a dirt/grass field. I had mixed reviews on the food from our guests. We had 80 people, that is the max for this place. Regaurdless of what they tell you. Whatever you do DO NOT HIRE the house photographer. It's the owners sister and she stinks. She was 40 mins. late to my wedding. She is not creativity nor does she show any kind excitment. My husband and I do not have one close up photo or Not one of our rings. You can't even see my face in any of the ceremony photos. Thank god I had friends there with talent. Then I paid for her biggest package and she had our photos developed at Sam's club. Makes me sick, Worse part I never said anything to her....I was really way to heartbroken. I had a few good ones, but out of 300 we only really likes about 50. Really sad sad sad. Anyhow wonderful place to get married (smaller weddings) - find a different photographer.
Pros: Friendly staff, good price, bring your own booze, very pretty!!!
Cons: Parking lot, only two bathrooms, photographer
