I am a big fan of Engineered Air. When I moved to Florida and purchased my condo two years ago, I knew prior to the sale the antiquated air conditioning system would need to be replaced. After researching several companies in the area, I selected Engineered Air. The whole process from assessment, recommendation, selection and installation went very well, no complaints whatsoever. I also knew that maintenance is an important part of keeping an air conditioning system in good working order. I have utilized their scheduled maintenance service and have been very pleased with the service and the professionalism of the technicians who perform it. I would highly recommend Engineered Air, without reservation. more

I've used Engineered Air 2xs now and have been very pleased w/ their service from sales, to installation, clean up, follow up and the performance of the installed equipment. I have referred them to 2 other friends for AC installations and plan on using them again myself for a condo I just purchased. more

I purchased a brand new unit and all the trimmings in 2014 ..the pricing was perfect compared to other bids I received. The installer was super clean and focused. I have not had a single problem and my electric bill has come down substantially!!...i.e., $50/month in the summer. I highly recommend them more

My experience with Engineered Air was excellent from the time I called the office. Everyone was professional, courteous and prompt. The tech was prompt and very knowledgeable. I had questions and he took his time to explain and simply provided excellent customer service. At Engineered Air, they know how to delight their customers!!! more

Have recommended Engineered Air to many customers over the years. They have always treated the customers very well, fixing equipment when it is reasonable, replacing it only when it is necessary. All the service personel that I have been incontact with work clean and courteous. I will continue to use EA for all of my HVAC needs. more

Service, communication, organization, and management are exemplary. Have had an amazing experience every time and had to use them for small and big jobs. I know things need fixing and I know some costs are high and the price is what the price is, but I do not want to be lied to or told to fix something I do not need. I feel like I am given honest recommendations and feel they areproviding what they would do in their own houses. Thank you and I will continue my mainteance plan bc it is worth it. Anthony N more

My contractor recommended Engineered Air. Their inside and service staff are very competent, courteous and prompt. I have always received fair pricing for quality products, and estimates are accurate. Installations have been clean and complete the first time. Their warranty support and work are great. more

A part failed in my air handler (back in June) causing the coil to freeze up and not cool properly and Engineered Air imported the part and got my house cool again in one day. The technician was cordial, knowledgeable and did the job quickly. Thank you. more
