On the positive side, the office and waiting room were very comfortable, with a nice television and pleasant staff. The lab tech did a good job drawing my blood. Dr. Eng, however was very brusque. I understand the she had a very busy schedule; however when I asked her to do a standard test (wet mount) used to diagnose yeast infection, she brushed me off and lectured me on reducing my carbohydrate intake. The only history she had taken was with me on the table, legs spread open; she assumed without any history that I eat a high carbo diet. After the visit, about 1.5 month later, I got a call saying that one of my tests came back positive. Thankfully, it was a condition that I already know I have. This is problematic on two counts -- if she had taken a minimal history, she would have seen that I am already aware of this condition. Secondly, a month and half is an excessive amount of time to get back to someone with a positive test result, don't you think?
Pros: Nice waiting room
Cons: Poor care
