We love our new sunroom.We spend more time in it than the rest of our house.My husband was suffering from severe depresion after returning from Iraq.His Dr. had tried all kinds of treatments and drugs.Nothing worked .We had seen an ad in the newspaper for energy saving exteriors selling sunrooms.I had read somewhere that sunlight helps with depression.We were very skeptical at first .but at this point we were willing to try anything.When we first got the estimate we thought it was outragous.They did come back and give us a 10 percent military discount.It helped ,but it still seemed high.We had to try something.We called Better Living and Milani brothers for an estimate.Now Ese's price looked cheap.Milani Brothers tried to charge me almost double what Ese wanted .And better living needs to go to hollywood to sell there room.When we went to the showroom to see their products we were surprised at the quality of the ese room .It was better than the ones we looked at.Although better living was very similar in quality. Ese has been around since1982 and we had never heard of them.So we checked the bbb and they had had only 1 complaint that had been resolved.When the installer (DJ) arrived.He went through the entire install process with me.Everything went exactly as he planned.This guy knew his job like the back of his hand.His crew looked very young and had me worried,but they worked together like a well oiled machine.My husband said he wished his soldiers worked that good together.He did the job from the ground up except the electrical.The electrician(Gregg)was equally impressive.They picked up their trash and tools every day.They even fixed my melted siding that i melted with the grill for free.I want to thank the entire ese crew .Dan is feeling so much happier and so am I.It gives my house a unique look that can not be obtained from traditional building..They do great work and run a tight ship.Keep up the good work guys.Thankyou .Ill give you a call when im ready for my siding. more

Good: Very professional company.They use licsened contractors.Much better than a low paid hourly employee.They said they only worked for ESE.I was treated like family.They did not even leave a screw on the ground.I thought using sub contractors would lower the quality of work. but its like the installer told me .Would you rather have a guy that makes $15.00 an hour run my job.Or a guy that makes 100,000 a year.He said that he is required to warranty his work as long as he worked there.Hes been there 10 years. Bad: I wish i would have called ESE first.Instead I used Window World and got ripped off.Beware of Window World.Call ESE first.Dont waste your time or risk getting screwed for a little bit of savings.You get more than what you spend with Ese .. Improvements: Offer more services So hard to find a company with this kind of quality and service.I would be scared to hire anyone else to touch my house.They were a little bit higher than other companies.But everything was perfect.A piece of advice.If i would have hired them in the first place ,I could have saved more money.Because the windows purchased from window world are so cheap they leaked in 2 years .it caused me to get termites and mold.A quality window cost double what they sell there windows installed for. Other: Spend the money on a reputable company and good products.Window world promised a lifetime warranty.It only covered the glass.They only care about getting your money.That sign they put in my yard for 129.00 a window was a complete lie it cost me 500.00 a window .Plus 3gs in wood repair.They will be getting a call from my lawyer.Thanks Ese and Dj .You guys are life savers.When I visit to there showroom it was very impressive.They have won best of the beach in every service they provide for 10 years .10 stars. more
