Energy Master LLC

I found Energy Master to be good to work with. They were on time and on schedule. They also worked with me on pricing. Energy Master submitted all the paperwork for rebates. I would give them a good recommendation. They installed a solar hot water system for me, and it is working fine. They put in a solar hot water heater and three solar power exhaust fans in my attic. The work that they did wasn't very good. We had ceiling and roof leaks all over the place after they were done. All three of the fans, I had leaks. It almost caved in my garage. I hired a roofing company to come out and look, and they said the flashing was done wrong. Energy Master did come out and fix the flashing, and they were okay to deal with over the phone. I don't think there's any leaking now. I'd tell a potential customer, go with a company that's more experienced. We were rushed because the rebates were running out, and that was a mistake. I'll never do that again. I would wait until I got a company that was more experienced. RESPONSE FROM Energy Master: Allen I responded immediatley to remedy your situation and I had no idea of your dissatisfaction. I have had you listed for more than a year as a person for a potential customers to contact. I installed the systems for you that were specified by your contractor One Solar and I strongly beleive that the product/circumstance was the problem not the method of installation. I have been installing in this industry for 23 years, for thousands of homeowners and contractors. I would be happy to resolve this for you if you would just let me know how. I have used Energy Master a couple of times. They a installed solar water heater about a year ago and they just installed solar attic fans today. They are nice people and I work well them. more

We were not there when Energy Master installed the solar hot water heater for us. However, afterwards they came back out to show me everything they were supposed to. On the day they came out, before they got to the house, my AC went out. They fixed it for me that day as well. They were on time; they were there when they said they would be. I checked other companies out as well, and I felt that Energy Master was a fair price. I am glad I went with them. more
