I called for solar help and was clear that I was having a problem. Three calls later I got no reply, including a request for a ""courtesy"" call to give me clear information as to the status of my other two calls. Absolutely no return call when there was a need for response one way or the other. These things usually indicate a major problem with any company - be it service, or otherwise. Can you imagine the frustration, at the human level of not being responded to in a fair and honest way? I encourage potential customers to consider that solar needs are often very particular - and getting service from someone you can really and honestly trust to work with you is paramount.
It pushed me to do some extensive research and I found a man that came out in a very reasonable timeframe, had more experience than I imagined this geographic area might have, was very fair and honest, pricing-wise and knowledgeable beyond my dreams. Strongly consider using Adi Solar. He is a kind and reassuring man and has written two books on the subject. He assessed the problem almost immediately and showed how he got there, and then (and this is almost the most important piece) gave an incredible talk about care and maintenance of solar equipment that left me completely authorized.
I have never had such a black and then white experience within a service need. Please do not use Energy Concepts and consider the integrity of Adi Solar.
