I had neck pain before which would not go away and I have had middle and lower back pain for more than 5 years. Before the treatment, after I bend for some time, it was difficult for me to go back to a standing position. \r Especially thanks to Dr. Sikka’s dedicated care and treatment, I feel my neck is almost back to normal. Sometimes after a whole day work, my neck feels tired and stiff, but this usually goes away after a night of relaxation. \r I don’t have any difficulties getting back to standing position anymore which makes me feel really good. My middle and lower back pain is much better.Treatment is still going on, but I am confident that I will be back to normal completely.\r Dr. Sikka’s intuition and assessment is very precise. He always knows where I feel uncomfortable and experience pain before I tell him. After the adjustment, the pain went right away which amazed me. And their recommended home exercise is easy to do. Being consistent was hard for me before.\r I like this clinic a lot. Dr. Jeremy also helped me a lot. My entire family gets adjusted at Meadows Family Chiropractic! My husband came in for help with his planters fasciitis a few years ago. The adjustments on his feet significantly improved his condition in just a few weeks. He is now back to doing the things he loves, such as running and hiking! I came in for adjustments after a bad car accident which left me nearly paralized in pain. After I was sent in for an mri I was diagnosed with several disc protrusions in my neck. Dr. Jeremy gave me a series of spinal decompression treatments that lasted a few short months and saved me from surgery! I can happily say that I've been pain free for over 3 years! While I was pregnant I received regular adjustments which greatly helped with any and all back pain and discomfort I was having. I was glad to never have had to endure the common complaints of horrible back pain and sciatica due to pregnancy. The drs. were there to guide me the whole way through! My son is now 8 months old and has been receiving his adjustments since he was just a couple weeks old! The adjustments are gentle and painless for him. He actually enjoys them! Getting adjusted has helped him sleep through the night, have decreased constipation and overall be less fussy and temperamental. I love the care we get at MFC! Not only were our specific conditions analyzed and treated, but now we can come in for maintanence care! We set our own schedules and can always count on Drs. As an aging baby-boomer who has had chronic lower back pain from the age of 8 (and had an S1-L5 spinal fusion at age 13) as well as increasing cervical pain, stiffness and loss of movement for approximately the last 30 years, I was pretty well convinced that increasing pain was to be my lot in life. I was somewhat skeptical of chiropractics but desperate to see if I could decrease any of the negative impacts to my body.\r \r The doctors at Meadows Family Chiropractic have quite literally transformed how I experience life in my body. Before my treatment plan, I had arisen every morning from bed with fairly intense and consistent lower back pain which was pervasive throughout my day. I chalked it up to the fact that since I had the fusion all those years ago, I was simply going to be relegated to a life of chronic pain. \r \r After a relatively short period of treatment, my pain has been dialed back to the point where I wake up almost every morning stunned to realize that once again I have almost no pain in my lower back. In addition I have regained a tremendous range of motion in my neck and a huge decrease in the amount of pain. I used to have terrific sinus pain. A couple of adjustments later.......no pain no headaches.\r Thought it was allergies. guess not.\r I am a bowler and problably would not be if I did not have my adjustments. I just wanted to comment on how pleasantly surprised I am with the results at Meadows Family Chiropractic. I had gone there primarily with back related problems, but also some neck issues. I had hoped that resolving my back problems would help with my knee problem, which it has. What pleasantly surprised me was the improvement in my feet. I had been losing feeling in my feet, and that was related to my back problems too! After trying on a few shirts for an upcoming wedding my wife noticed when I stood up my shoulders were slightly leaning to the right. I went to Meadows Family Chiropractic and Dr. Leah was able to diagnose and set up a treatment program on the first visit. After the first few treatments from Dr. Leah and Dr. Jeremy my stiffness and lower pack pain in the morning started to go down and after a few months I no longer have lower back pain and can stand up straight and level!\r \r Their new facility is great, but Dr. Jeremy, Dr. Leah and their staff make all my experiences great and highly recommend them without hesitation to anyone with back pain or if you feel/look out of alignment. Since last summer I've been having bad headaches daily. These headaches made me tired, cranky and sometimes nauseous. At first I thought that the headaches were being caused by stress, but after an evaluation by one of the doctors at Meadows Family, I soon realized that my headaches were caused by the constricted nerves in my neck area (I'm not going to try and explain this... I am not the professional :)). What I DO know as a patient though, is that after a few weeks of visiting Meadows, my headaches soon went away and I did not have another headache for weeks! It was a huge relief. And although I still have the occasional headache, it is nothing like it was 6 months ago. When I first started at Meadows Family Chiropractic, I felt like I was feeling along the road to becoming categorized as having Chronic Fatigue or maybe even something worse.\r I have been going a couple months now, I don't have the headaches I use to have (weekly). Having suffered with back pain from an injury in 2000, I've expereinced MANY chiropractors. Drs Jeremy & Leah Meadows are among the best. They are really good at explaining exactly what is happening in my body and explaining the treatment program. I have been a patient of their office for a year now and I am recovering nicely. Their setup allows for a greater number of patients to be seen which makes it easier to get an appointment when I really need an adjustment to relieve acute pain. Additionally, they have a facility for patients to perform traction excercises on-site (drastically increasing the effectiveness of the adjustments). Best of all, they're just really nice people who make me feel appreciated as a customer and they really take care of my needs. Serret and Allison are also indispensably awesome. Our son was having head aches, but we could not figure out the root cause. Through the referal of a friend, we went to Meadows Family Chiropractic. Dr. Leah was wonderful. She was very caring and compasionate to our son as well as us. He had a very thurough exam, determining his head aches were caused from back issues. On top of educating our family as to the imporatance of good spinal care, Dr. Leah created a plan of care that was realistic. She has been right on from where she told us she wanted him to be at the different stages of his treatment.\r \r As a team, Dr. Leah and Dr. Jeremy are amazing, caring healthcare providers who have hired a genuinely friendly and caring staff. I had a range of small problems when I first started at Meadows. I thought they were normal; I lived with these issues so long (back and neck pain, stomach issues, cronic sinus infections, etc) they became routine. \r \r I didn't just get adjusted and sent on my way, I was educated regarding the nervous system - how it controls EVERYTHING in your body and that most problems can be solved by taking care of it. \r \r So many doctors told me that these things were normal and to watch these problems go away through corrective chiropractic care was just pretty awesome. \r \r As long as you do what Dr. Leah and Dr. Jeremy tell you to you should see results - just remember that it is a process and not a one time fix. more
