BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!! i LEFT MY DOGS WITH THEM FOR 5 DAYS TO TAKE A TRIP TO CALIFORNIA. WHEN I CAME BACK, MY MINI DOXIE WAS NEAR DEATH!!! I CALLED ABOUT MY DOGS TWICE A DAY AND WAS TOLD EVERY TIME THAT THEY WERE DOING WONDERFULLY. NOTHING COULD HAVE BEEN FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. AT NO TIME DID THEY SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTUION FOR MY DOG, EVEN THOUGH I HAD PREVIOUSLY GIVEN MY CONSENT. SHE HAD NOT EATEN OR DRANK A DROP SINCE I HAD LEFT. WHEN I WENT TO PICK HER UP, I WAS HANDED A SOPPING WET DOG WHO HAD BEEN PUT BACK IN HER CAGE AND HAD NOT EVEN BEEN DRIED OFF. SHE WAS BLEEDING FROM HER RECTUM AND WAS COMPLETELY DEHYDRATED. YET I WAS LED TO BELIEVE EVERYDAY THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE. DO NOT BELIEVE THE ROSY PICTURE THESE PEOPLE PAINT. MY DOXIE HAD TO BE RUSHED TO MY VET WHO ALMOST COULD NOT SAVE HER. ALSO, I COULD TELL BY THE WAY MY OTHER DOGS ACTED THAT THEY WERE NOT TREATED WELL EITHER. SHAME, SHAME SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE!!! more

I have been using Endless Love Pet Palace for my dog boarding. I definitely would not trust anyone else to watch my dogs. My dogs are not the nicest dogs to other people, but for some odd reason, they love everyone here! It gets me so excited and makes me feel great knowing that my dogs are so comfortable here and that they are in the best hands. more

I left my two dogs here a couple weeks ago when I had to leave town for a family emergency. I was glad that I brought them here because you can definitely tell they loved it! They were so excited to see me when I came to pick them up, but then they didn't want to leave. That right there just shows me how much fun they had. Thank you! more

I had only great experiences with this place. They love my dog, and I love them. They give my dog constant attention and they play with him all the time. more

I found Endless Love Pet Palace after I had a bad experience with a friends child watching my pet. I needed someone I knew would give my Senior pet love and attention. When I talked with the owner she told me their schedule and it was so very close to my own pets. I began to take him there when I had to leave town. I have since gotten 2 boxer puppies and as all boxers are funny with people but they love to go to Endless Love. They just about pull my arms off to get inside and get upset if we have just stopped in for a a records update. They run a great pet boarding house. I feel safe and secure knowing that my babies are being loved in the same way they would if I were home with them. more

It is sad when ex employees have to make themselves feel better by bad mouthing good people. I feel sorry for them. Endless Love Pet Palace not only gives your pet love, training, playtime, great care and service but the owner, gives tirelessly to helping animals in local KILl shelters by donating supplies and money. Her heart is as big as the world and she would wish no ill to anyone and treats EVERY pet that comes in there with love and respect and treats it as if it were her own. Id go no where else but to Endless Love Pet Palace to board a dog. They even took in a foster dog while we were trying to get it adopted and help in that process. They rock! So dont let one bad person ruin your chance to meet wonderful people and have your pet stay at a super place, check them out for yourselves. more

I worked at Endless Love Pet Palace for almost four years, and I would never board my dog or cat anywhere else! The negative conditions described in a previous post are not true, and I strongly encourage anyone who is interested in boarding their pets somewhere to go take a tour of Endless Love Pet Palace. You can go to Endless Love Pet Palace any day of the week during open hours and take a tour of the faucility, without making an appointment. An employee will give you a folder of information and take you to every area of the faucility and show you atleast one of the yards. Then try to go to another boarding faucility and see if you can get the same treatment, they usually will not let you take a tour without having an appointment or won't let you back at all for "insurance reasons" (which is a lie). The owner, managers, and all employees at Endless Love Pet Palace love those dogs and cats like they are there own pets - the owner would not have any employee work there that she didn't more

Many untrue bad rumors have been being put out about endless love pet palace. I havebeen a manager at endless love for 2 years and have worked there over 4. There is nowhere else that even remotley comes close to us and how we care for our little 4 legged family members! Many places do not want the parents to see where thier babies will stay while being boarded, or want the parents to pay extra for love,medications, treats and more but endless love does none of these things. Our hearts are truly with these babies cause that is what they are. Every dog that walks threw our door becomes apart of our family and we do anything in the world to make sure they and the parents are as comfertable as possible more

I am the office manager at Endless Love Pet Palace and have been working here for over 4 years. I assure you that the negative things that we are being accused of are very untrue. If you have any doubts about us please come by and let me give you a tour, I will be glad to show you everything we have to offer. We come in at 5:30 every morning to take care of the pets, and our last shift leaves around 10:30 or 11:00pm, seven days a week. We love every pet as if it were our own and spend quality time with each and every one of them. I have 4 pets of my own and would not hesitate to leave them at Endless love for a short or long period of time. I trust each and everyone that works there with my babies. It is really sad that a person would say these negative things about us because she didnt work out at Endless Love Pet Palace. more

If you have to board your pet, nothing compares to Endless Love Pet Palace. In my years of pet ownership, I have never boarded my animals at a place that spends so much time with them. Many boarding places, vet offices included, head home around 5 and aren't back until the next morning. At Endless Love, animals aren't tucked in until later in the evening and the caring employees are back first thing in the a.m. Endless Love feels so warm and welcoming when you step in the door. They are always open to you touring their facility and happy to answer any questions. They take their responsibilities seriously and you can have piece of mind when you leave your pet here. I was so surprised to see the negative comment left here. Sounds like a personal problem to me....ask anyone at the local vet offices and pet owners in this town and they will tell you nothing but wonderful, positive things about this business!! more

Employee's start work at 5:30am and immediatly start taking out the dogs and feeding them. The dogs go out about every two hours, totaling 5 times during the day. Then they come back for a nightshift to take the dogs outside again. There is ALWAYS a person outside with your babies, in one of 3 large yards with a 6 foot privacy fence. Owners can decide whether they would like there dog to go outside alone or if they would like their dog to find a friend. No boarding faucility will be the same as your dog or cat being in its home with its human family, unfortunately this just isn't possible. Endless Love Pet Palace is the closest thing your pet can get to this, and they are all loved and treated well by the employees. You can not believe everything that you read on the internet, and someone will always find something negative with everything. But, please if you are considering boarding your dog or cat ask your friends, co-workers, and neighbors if they have ever used Endless Love Pet Palace and I bet someone has and tell you what a wonderful place it is! more

None of the Palace?s employees have any certification in the animal industry, so their website?s claim to have ?trained, experienced staff? is a complete fallacy. On a daily basis, the Palace is overbooked far beyond its capacity, with dogs not only in the kennel rooms, but also boarded in the kitchen, in both bathrooms, lined up in crates in the main hallway, underneath the front desk, next to the front door, in the owner?s office, and even in a storage closet. Many of the dogs are kept in crates; the crates have blankets draped over the tops of them, so dogs being boarded in them are unable to see anything of their surroundings, on three out of four sides, even during the day. I have used Endless Love for about 10 years. I've always been very satisfied with the staff, accommodations, and loving care and attention given to my three dogs. I relocated out of the area about 5 years ago and I drive about 60 miles to take my pets there just because of the excellent care they get there...no comparison to being in a typical kennel situation. more

The pets are treated like royalty, the people however...not so much.but a great place if you're a dog! more

Endless love is the only place I would ever take my babies. I have taken them to others in the past and that will never happen again. The people at the palace are wonderful and truly treat the animals as if they were there own. they are the best, u can go there anytime they are open and take a full tour, i suggest that u do just that and see for yourself more
