Encore Piano Moving

My plan was to move a baby grand to my home and my spinet to a new family out of the area. All the earmarks for a snafu somewhere in the mix.\r \r Encore Piano Movers renewed my faith. I threw in two more requests and they went from great to AWESOME. They didn’t just deliver my baby grand, they (with a smile) spent more effort to ‘move it a little over here and just a tad over there’ until I was happy. And, they are holding the spinet until the new family comes home from their vacation.\r \r From my first phone call, Encore was totally accommodating. On the phone the woman said to be careful when getting an antique piano because most of them are done being pianos, but my husband was in love with it and the cost was so reasonable we decided to chance it. The movers showed up on time to move the piano on time and told me everything that was special about the piano. They are so knowledgeable, it was fantastic. Everyone I dealt with at Encore, on the phone and in person, was professional. Their delivery charge was very reasonable.
