Encore Air, LLC Heating & Air Conditioning is in the process of installing a new air conditioning system and furnace at my home. This is my first time using them. Thus far, I am very satisfied. The guys that came out are very well spoken, friendly and respectful. They are still working but I can tell that they are doing a thorough job. I am looking forward to testing out my new system! more

So far, so good! 3/30/2014

Great interaction with the entire process so far. I have had virtually no run time with the unit so far, as the weather has been such that the unit not needed to run. I'm sure that with my experience so far with Encore, if anything needs to be done, they will make sure that my system will run at top performance. Thanks! more

I used Encore Air, LLC Heating & Air Conditioning for the first time to install a new air conditioning unit when my old one died. They were on time, and they got it installed in the amount of time they said they were going to. I didn't have to miss any work because of them. I guess the warehouse where they were getting the unit from was busy, so I got a call from the owner letting me know the warehouse was busy but that the crew was on their way and would be at my house soon. They really do what they say they are going to do! more

We are very happy with Encore Air. We were in desperate need of replacing a very old and energy consuming A/C. James and the crew at Encore Air provided us with quality equipment at a fair price, installed the new components quickly and made no mess! James was a pleasure to work with and provided clear, concise answers to our questions and gave us a much better understanding of what we did, and more importantly, did not need. The installation crew, Mickey and Chris, were very personable and professional and were really great about taking care of details and not leaving a mess for us to clean up. We would happily recommend the company, their equipment and the crew to any potential customers! more

My experience with Encore Air, LLC Heating & Air Conditioning was great. These guys are very quick and responsive when it comes to calling/emailing back. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered any and all the questions I had asked. They also went out of their way to get the best system for the best price that met my standards and kept things within budget for me. I would highly recommend their service to anybody looking for a Heating or Air Conditioning unit. more

Very Satified Customer 3/17/2014

I had received a few quotes from different contractors. They wanted to install off brand HVACs and some did not want to pull permits. I filled out the online quote with Encore and James was quick to respond. Pricing was fair and James was very responsive. I was very pleased with the installation and the attention for detail. I'm glad I went with Encore and would recommend them. more

Their service is excellent, I'm speechless 3/14/2014

I am totally delighted to recommend Encore Heating & Air Conditioning. I heard a noise in my heating unit and a technician arrived at my home within ten minutes of my call to them. Nick and Chris were completely professional, courteous, and hardworking. This was my first time using them and I was blown away. They were very attentive and helpful. They replaced my 23-year-old Bryan heat pump and installed a new outside unit up in my attic. I couldn't believe the work ethic that these fellows had. They were proficient and I couldn't praise the whole experience more. I'm very satisfied with the installation and their service. They disassembled a 300 lb heat pump in the really confined quarters of my attic and lugged it down the stairs. Once they folded up their drop cloth, you would not be able to tell that there had been any workmen in my home whatsoever. They were extremely neat. I wish that every customer service I had was like this one. It's really nice to know that there companies like Encore Heating & Air that still have integrity and pride in their work. more

I worked with James and he was very helpful with all my questions and requests. He answered my emails and texts promptly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I would recommend this company to my friends if they were looking to replace heir AC unit. more

Very satisfied customer 2/4/2014

My wife and I just had our system replaced by Encore Air and we couldn't be happier. They had the best quote on a new system and by far the best service we've ever had for HVAC work. James is very friendly and helped us feel comfortable throughout the process. The job was completed quickly, even though some hiccups with the wireless thermostat kept the crew longer than anticipated (thanks Mickey and Chris!). I highly recommend their services. more
