Enchanted Memories On The Hill

This is such a beautiful venue for a wedding. I had my wedding here in March and it turned out perfectly. They have an excellent staff and made me feel comfortable the first time I was there, and it only got better from there. I never once felt any stress in planning the wedding and that is thanks to Mrs. Wilson and her staff. They took care of every detail just as I requested making sure my wedding was beautiful. The food was delicious, the cakes beautiful, and all of the vendors they provided were really, really good. I had a very positive experience with Enchanted Memories and I would recommend it to everyone. more

I got married two weeks ago at this beautiful wedding venue and everything about the place and the people who work there was first class. I wanted a stress-free wedding day and that is exactly what I got. Mrs. Wilson had promised me that everything would be just the way I planned and dreamed and it was even more so. She and her staff took care of every detail from the linens, to the cake and food, the dj, even the limo. Everything about this venue was so pretty...and wait until you see the garden...it was beautiful. I am going to recommend this venue to everyone I know who is getting married. I would not change a thing. more

What a special place! We had our wedding here recently and could not be more pleased with how it all turned out. They have an amazing staff and great vendors and the whole day was just perfect. The owners, Mr. & Mrs. Wilson, were so easy to work with and made us feel like family the first time we met them. Where do I begin? JoDee and her husband are the most cruel people I have ever met! I was married just this passed weekend at Enchanted Memories On The Hill and I have never been so embarassed in my life! We had 4 more people show up than expected and they would not allow them to come into the building. One of those people just so happened to be my mother whos flight got in late and she was rushing to get there before the start of my wedding and these people would not even let my mother in. Not only did they not let her in but they monitored the ""buffet"" and ran out of food for my guests. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered and I'm concerned that the people on here who have spoken favorably about these people might be made up because I have heard nothing but bad news about this couple and their business since I started investigating them. They are cruel and don't know the first thing about customer service. JoDee doesn't have the staff necessary to host events at this place. I was curious as to why this place was so readily available, no matter what date I asked for, it was open. I now see why. This place is a disgrace, if you are thinking about having your wedding here DONT!!!! call me I will even talk to you about it 469-278-4261. My wedding was planned for a long time, but circumstances (military) beyond my control forced us to postpone the wedding until March 27, 2011. The venue we chose, Enchanted Memories, was so wonderful to us and accomodating in every way possible when we had to change the date. I was devastated, of course, but JoDee and her staff assured me that it would all work out and they would take care of changing everything to the new date. They did not even charge me extra for changing the date. I am sure in those days I must have been a handful and very emotional, but they were so kind and patient. more

I got married at this awesome venue a few weeks ago and I have to say the experience was amazing! I felt like a princess on my wedding day with all the beautiful flowers and twinkle lights everywhere and the attention I received from the wedding coordinators there. JoDee and her staff were so helpful and willing to help in any way possible and made the entire planning process and actual wedding day so much fun. more
