No Flowers Delivered 5/24/2012

I wish I could give negative stars. This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a florist. I placed a order on their website on the Tuesday before Mother's Day to buy 2 dozen roses for my wife. She never received the flowers. I called about 30 or more times and the 2 times I did get a hold of Steve I was told he would get it resolved and call me back. It took me 2 weeks to get my money back. They tried to deliver the flowers the Tuesday after Mother's Day and still wanted to charge me for them!!! What a joke!! I should have at the very least received the flowers for FREE since they ruined my wife's mother's day surprise!!! more

Enchanted Florist 11/26/2010

When Enchanted Florist first opened they were great. The flowers lasted at least a week. Lately that hasn't been the case. The last 4 arrangements I received or sent have only lasted 2-3 days. Not sure what is happening over there. I have found another florist. more

I wish I had used a different florist 7/14/2009

I ordered online, and was notified that they did not have what they advertised on their website. Then, I ordered something else and promised a delivery the next day, and that didn't happen. Then, I was overcharged by $10. Although this place has online coupons, their delivery charge is higher than most. I will be using other florists in the area from now on. Pros: recipient liked flowers Cons: it shouldn't be this hard more

They did a wonderful job on the birthday arrangement I ordered. The store was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. The prices were very good too. I would recommend to my friends. more

Great place to get flowers for any occasion 7/25/2006

I have used the Enchanted Florist for all occasions since I was in high school. From the homecoming dance to just surprising my girlfriend with flowers, they have always had exactly what I needed. The pricing is what is to be expected by any good florist, but the flowers seem to last forever with just a little water. I have used their service so much that I have actually started to get to know some of their employees and we even address each other by first name. Whether you're trying to surprise a lucky person in your life, or have to get some flowers for a dance, The Enchanted Florst is the place to go! more
