Great Experience 2/11/2012

I went in to get my ears pierced for the very first time, and had a great experience. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and they explained everything in great detail every step of the way. They had a great selection of jewelry as well. As a middle-aged first timer who was phoebic of dealing with a teenager at the mall, I was really happy I decided to go to a professional piercer. more

unfortunatly, i had a really bad experiance with this shop. the jewelry they pierced my nostril with was *awful*, and they told me to use rubbing alcohol to clean it, which i have since learned is a really bad idea.... it got so bad that i had to take it out, and the jewelry was all dark and dingy like it was breaking down. yuk! i did it spur of the moment, but now i wish that i had done a little research :( i'm just writing this so people can at least learn from my mistake! more

Great Service! 1/18/2007

I got my nose pierced here in 2005. I was so very much impressed. They were very clean & sterile. The lady showed me that the needle was new & still in the package. That to me was awesome! The piercing was over really quick & it wasn't bad at all. I really had GREAT service there. more
