I give two and 1/2 stars. The work looked great at the end but some things were left unfinished and we had to call them back but were never completed. The site manager was told but never bother to check and was angry and insulting when it was brought to his attention for the second time. He sent nasty text messages because I stopped the last payment of $500.00 until the work was done. I spent $35,000 to have a basement remodeled with bath, laundry room, and bed room. \r Near the end of the job they rushed and the closet rack were not installed properly and fell down. The shower was not sealed and grout fell out, holes in the wall were patched up with a promise to fix them, walls were damaged during carpet installation, decisions about hand rails, closet shelves, towel rack, bathroom sink fixtures, laundry room cabinets, and wall shelves were made and installed without my input. I cant say enough the best. other customers dont even waist your time with another company. they do it all. from the price to the clean up perfect. I have had 3 family members use them already. Thank you mike from Empire you are the best! more
