I rented my house for one year. Before I singed the contract with them, I was able to get hold of them very easily, and they were very resposive. Once I signed and got a tenent, It was totaly different story. They never answer my phone calls. Always something extra charge on my statement. I didn't even know they hired their own people to fix something. Very very dishonest. I never got my money on time. Service was horrible. I was just wasting my money and time. Do not go with this company. That is my recommendation. more

Pros: - None Cons: - Uses an answering service to screen calls and does not return them if you are renting from him - Not professional at all - Take pictures of any place you rent, they will charge you for preexisting conditions when you move out Background: From my experience, it's basically one guy trying to act like he's a professional company. It seems like a poorly run operation. Every call I ever made was ignored or not returned it took multiple calls to get anything done. They're real estate, but they do rentals on the side to make money. Also, if you do rent from them, then take pictures before you move in and after you move out. And don't bother with carpet cleaning, if they see one indent or crumb they'll have it re-cleaned. Even though there's nothing in the contract for that. Basically you have to fight them tooth and nail to get your deposit back. Overall: Avoid this group if at all possible. There is much much better out there. more
