1st Year Anniversary Ruined! 7/29/2011

The limo showed up 40 minutes late; so we missed our dinner reservation. I called and ask where the limo was and they said there was some traffic because it was a Friday afternoon. I assumed that the limo company would have taken the time and day into account. When we got in the limo the air conditioning sucked, but we tried to make the best of it. I went to put in our wedding CD and then CD player was broken. We decided to just listen to the radio, but were unable to because the radio did work. This was the last straw! We said we would like to go home. So my surprise limo ride and dinner for my wife on our one year anniversary was ruined. more

A Company I can Trust 11/21/2009

As a mother, you try to make sure your children are safe and having fun. When I called Empire Limo, I knew this was a company I could trust. The woman I spoke with was extra nice. I reserved a party bus for last week and it was just right for the boys. I decided to cheer them up with this since I haven?t been doing much this year. I?ve been so busy at work and all. We went to some malls downtown and Navy Pier Chicago. I feel so much better, I want to do this again soon! more

Great Service 11/15/2009

Some of my friends asked me to order a limo for our bachelorette party. This was last week, and I was a little shaky because it was my first time. Finally, I called Empire Limousine, and then there was nothing to worry about. I choose a party bus, which was extremely spacious, fresh, and just right for the occasion. We could stand up in it, drink in it, and play music...from the radio & my cds, I didn't want to bring my ipod because I was afraid I might end up leaving it behind, silly me. Anyway, when I first stepped inside the bus, it was spotless. I'm so glad we had a limo party bus to take us to the clubs downtown Chicago, we all had fantastic time. And the driver was very nice, many thanks to him. more

Empire Limo, an Excellent Choice 11/1/2009

I called Empire Limousine about two weeks ago for service in Chicago, and I am pleased to say that this company provides the best limo service I've encountered thus far. When I called, a representative made it extremly easy for me to choose what kind of limo would be stylish and approppiate for the occasion. I desided on a Hummer, which was quite an experience. The night went just right. And the driver was extremely polite. I couldn't ask for a better night out for a business celebration at the bars. more

A Great Company for Service on your Wedding Date 10/25/2009

I needed a limo for my wedding and I'm glad I called this company, Empire Limousine. The limo was extremely comfortable and clean, the driver was on time & waited for as long as we needed. We weren't sure where exactly we were going to take pictures, but there were no worries, we decided on that day & gave the driver the locations. That day was stress-free and that is such a relief for such an important day. more

Awesome Service: it was my bacheloratte party which i had no idea what type of vehicles girls arranged for us,i was expecting a van or minibus instead there was a huge black party limo bus waiting outside of our house.we had the so much fun in bus till we get to our destinations,chicago bars.OMG it was my first limo ride, I was made to feel like royalty. The service was without limit. Cheerful, friendly and made to feel at ease. Great Airport Servive from Ohare 9/23/2008

I was directed to Empire via a Google search. The reviews on Google were very informative. I booked roundtrip airport service in a sedan from Empire. The meet and greet serice was freat, the driver was already at the baggage area waiting for me prior to my arrival. He escorted me to the car which was only a few feet away. This was nice because I was already tired from the flight and the long walk at ohare. The driver had nice cold beverages waiting in the car for me. wwe then proceeded to drive to my hotel downtown. The rate was very reasonable it was only $70 to go downtown and when I booked the reservation the girl who took my reservation informed me that I would receive 10% off my return trip to the airport. I found Empire to be very professional and helpful. Thank you! Pros: cold beverages and affordable rates more

I just have to say Thank You for the absolutely wonderful service and for adding that extra special touch to Our bachelor party in Chicago. From the moment I made the reservation, the receptionist was nothing but courteous, friendly and inviting. The driver was on time. Use this Limo Company if you are in Chicago 8/11/2008

We used Empire limousine for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. Empire came recommended from my mother-in-law as she has used them in the past. We used the Escalade for the Rehearsal dinner and the stretch limo for my wedding. Our driver Mike was great he was a pro. The bridal party was running late because of pictures running too long and Mike got us to the reception very promptly. He saved the day! Im glad I listened to my mother-in-law. more

Exceptional Limo service in Chicago 8/9/2008

The service provided by Empire Limousine was phenominal! I had such a great experience using them. I chartered a party bus for me and my friends to use for a birthday party in Chicago. I called a few places to get rates before I called Empire and Empire had the best rates by far. For the great service and vehicle we were very satisfied. The staff is curteous and helpful and the driver was very professional. He arrived 10 minutes early and was very patient with my group as we all wanted to take tons of pictures. Best Limo Company Ever!! 12/21/2007

I used Empire for my October Wedding, and could not have been happier with my service!!! We had gotten a Limo party bus, because I had 18 people in my bridal party. It was the coolest thing I had ever seen! Bus on the outside lounge on the inside! Zack our driver was so nice and we loved having him be a part of our day. He was courteous and even helped my 80 year old grandma on and off the bus so she could see what it looked like inside. We are lucky she got off the bus!
