Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle

I needed a car ASAP, as I just got my license and needed transportation because we moved to the suburbs. The sales guy I got was Troy. I'm usually good with vibes and when I met Troy I knew he would work in my favor--no slick sales games or confusion. All I wanted was something reliable, nothing pretty. Just a car with no previous accidents and preferably a previous owner who did not smoke (allergies). Troy was courteous and friendly to me. Since this was my first car, I did need a few things broken down to me, and I'm pretty sure I asked some silly questions, but Troy was cool in answering them. I ended up getting a nice deal on a 99 Hyundai which has given me no problems so far. We are planning to upgrade to a 2011 because of the gas mileage we get out of the one I have and I will be asking for Troy again. more

I walked in and Doug introduced himself and from then on it was a great experience. We talked about what I wanted and he showed us what he had. I went for a test drive which sold me on the Sante Fe. next we went to his desk to talk Price. Me and my girl friend started beating him up. He was very nice about it and we got the price we wanted and the financing to go with it. Ed and Doug were 2 great dealer reps. I would recommend them and the dealer ship to anyone. more
