Great Diner! 4/15/2006

This is a really great diner. It is usually pretty full, but that's because it's one of the better diners in the area. The food is really good, whether you are going for chicken fingers and fries, or a nice meal. I have to say though, one of my favorite meals there is the chicken fingers, and pizza fries. I recommend it to anyone. more

A really nice diner - great service, good food, ample parking 1/8/2006

We do Sunday breakfast every week and make the rounds of the local Morris County diners. While I love Alexis as my number 1, Empire has great French Toast that keeps bringing me back. It's made with challah bread and cooked perfectly. They use fake maple syrup (most diners do, alas) but the bread's so good, the syrup can't spoil it. The booths are huge. The service is first rate. They have lots of parking (really important to me). They have fair prices - in line with diners everywhere. Their French Toast will keep me coming back. You should try it. more
