I didn't have time to eat between my 9-5 job and my 6 - 10 job. I was starving when I got off at 10 p.m. and had used City Search to find three Chinese restaurants in the area. One had no review and was on some side street off US-70, two were right off US-70. One of those had a bad review, one an excellent, recent review. I was ready to toss a coin with a 50:50 chance of judging well based on two reviews. I'm so glad I went with Emperor's Choice. I arrived at 10:20 p.m. (they close at 11:00). The staff was friendly and offered to replenish the buffet. We ordered off the menu, but ate in. Their crab rangoons, spring rolls, and teriyaki chicken were great. The curry chicken was delicious, and spicy, but didn't set my mouth on fire. The service was as if we were their first customers of the day and not nearly the last. I HIGHLY recommend this great find and their prices are VERY reasonable.\r

P.S. - I decided to see if it was a fluke when I went last night that the food and service was so great, so I returned for lunch today. Wow - this is my new favorite restaurant!!! Two friends went at my suggestion and loved it too. So, weekend a group of us are going for the buffet, but I plan to call ahead to give them a head's up if it turns into the large group that it has the potential to become.
Pros: Freshness, service, location, prices.
Cons: Ambiance nothing to write home about - but for the great food and price, who cares?
