We have gone to Emperor Limousine twice and could not be happier! Both drivers, were so professional and pleasant, I dont remember the first driver, but the second driver Peter was fantastic. We have never had any issues and IT IS SO AFFORDABLE! and the quality we receive is fantastic. We have gotten spoiled by Emperor and are not interested in going with anyone else. Both times they have upgraded us for free if a higher level limousine was available. What a pleasant surprise. They were on time and so accomodating. Love Emperor Limousine!!! more

I called Emperor Limousine to set up something for my girlfriends birthday. The ladies in the office really helped me set everything up and where very helpful and understanding with all my needs. Drivers where on time. Limo's looked incredible. Will def be booking them again. more

We rented the 14 Person Lincoln Navigator to take us from Lincoln Park to the Congress Theatre for the David Guetta concert. The mode of the transportation and the driver, NED, was the perfect combination for our group to take us from the grind of the work week into complete Party Mode! The interior was ridiculous with two plasma screen TVs and an amazing sound system. Oh yes, don't forget about the digital Fireplace! The Driver was on time to pick us and get us to our destination and was ready to get us home after the show! I am looking forward to another big group outting soon, so we can take advantage of this service again. In addition, I had a friend of friend refer me to another LIMO service, and this by far and the most options in the vehicle type as well as were hands down, best in price! \r I strongly recommend Emeperor Limo services, and be sure to ask for NED! \r more

I rented a 10 passenger Lincoln Town Car for the opening day of the Cubs game. The pricing was absolutely the best compared to anything around. Our driver was amazing! He was so attentive to all of our needs and was very prompt in pick up time, arriving early to both pick ups. When he came to pick us up, I was expecting the town car, and unbeknowst to me, a stretch navigator pulled up. We had plenty of room, there was pop and water supplied, and our driver was very friendly. The return home was just as pleasant. I would highly recommend Emperor Limo and will most defintiely use them again in the future. more

Well let me start by saying the Emperor Limousine has been great everytime i require their service. The support Staff in the office are always on point and very friendly and professionall. I got a limo for 8 of my friends and all of their stretches were completely booked but they took care of me and provided us a Very cool 18 person SUV Infiinity for a great price. Our Driver Kasia was just the best she was very professional and very friendly. i would def call them back for all future transportation services. Emperor Limo Services are Number one in my book and again their entire staff always on POINT!!! more

We reserved the H2 Hummer stretch limo for my sisters Bachelorette Party, which holds up to 24 people. and I was very pleased with Emperor Limousine. The limo was nice and clean, the sounds quality was AMAZING!! and it had plenty of extra room, we had 18 people, they had the best prices that I had found in the Chicago-land area, and we also decided to use them for the day of the wedding as well because of how pleased we were. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. What impressed me the most was when I went to check out the limo, the guy, who was very professional and dressed very nice, actually turned on the music and lights to show me how it would be like the night of the party, and I had gone to another limo place and they just opened the doors and told us we could get in if we wanted, and the guy was dressed in dirty work clothes, c'mon your trying to sell your limo to the customer so they pay you money... to dress in dirty work clothes to show someone this is a red flag to me saying dont rent me. hah. The day of the Party the drivers were very professional and even took pictures so we could all be in the photo. My sister(the bride's) mother in law came with and both drivers helped her in and out of the limo which I thought was very nice of them. Even the receptionist was an amazing help as well.. she booked everything for me and it was very easy and efficient and fast. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, they will definitely be getting my business from now on. If you don't believe me try it out for yourself. more
