I've known Fran and Rowena for years, and without reservation I can say that I don't know 2 nicer ladies. But they are also dedicated to their careers and their clients more than most Realtors ever will be. They have years of experience, the best website for real estate in LA Canada, and really CARE about people. You won't go wrong if you choose Rowena Emmett and Fran Vernon as your Los Angeles real estate professional! Pros: Honest, caring, sweet, experienced and hard working Cons: Absolutely none more

We recommend Fran and Rowena 1/5/2009

We used Fran and Rowena to sell our home and then buy another home. We were really surprised at the difference. We have worked with other realtors. \r \r Fran and Rowena met with us, and helped us get our home ready to sell. We appreciated their comments about furniture, putting away things, turning on lights, etc. Then, they took time to find us a home.
