Excellent communication 11/7/2011

We chose Emmer Real Estate for two reasons, one I know they have a solid reputation, and the other reason is that Jim Emmer is from Washington County and supports many of the local causes including the Slinger School District.\r \r \r During the selling and buying process everything went smoothly and was handled quite proferssionaly and our agent was always there for us. more

Kudos to Emmer 10/26/2011

Working with Vicki on our short sale really made our sale and process headache free. The reason we choice Emmer Real Estate Group was because they had a "make it personal" attitude, the first time we met them they really made us feel like family. At that moment we knew were going to choose them.\r We didn't know a lot about the short sale process, and they were very instrumental in telling us the steps, what would happen and who would be contacted. They did a great job at communicating where we were in the process along the way. Communication was always there whether it was by email, phone calls, faxes and scanning the documents. \r We really were able to get a buyer, complete the short sale quicker than the average time and that was great on their behalf and their diligent work attitude to get the process done. Big kudos to Vicki and big kudos to Emmer. Thank you very much, it was a great experience! more
